Each round within the tournament has an alotted time in which both players must ensure that their match is to be played, if connectivity issues occured with either player, they must fix it before the alotted time expires to avoid being disqualified.

The organizer is only responsible for giving out the gifts and is not responsible for issuing visas, booking travel tickets or accommodations for the winners.

After the match has been played, the winner must submit a post-match result by clicking on "Report Score" in the platform and providing a clear screenshot proof which showcases the match result for validation. This must be done within 10 minutes of a win.
